is the collaborative identity bringing together three Community Interest Companies

Northwest HIV Support CIC, Pride in Halton CIC, and TRANSformation Northwest CIC

We work to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming hub for everyone, particularly those living with HIV, LGBTQ+

individuals, and anyone facing stigma or discrimination.

Northwest HIV Support CIC

● Counselling and peer support

● HIV awareness and stigma reduction training for organisations, care homes, and businesses

● Community engagement around testing, treatment, and prevention (including PrEP awareness)

● Resources covering HIV in later life, HIV and menopause, and chemsex

Pride in Halton CIC

● Organising Halton Pride and other LGBTQ+ community events throughout the year

● Educational outreach to schools, local authorities, and businesses

● Campaigns to promote diversity, inclusion, and equality

● Providing platforms for LGBTQ+ voices and visibility in Halton

TRANSformation Northwest CIC

● Practical support such as wigs, clothing, makeup, and binders

● Counselling and emotional support

● Directory of safe spaces for the trans community in public venues

● Advocacy and awareness campaigns to reduce transphobia

advocacy, ensuring no one feels alone or unseen
